Sooo, uhm ok: an "alleged" single finger was raised, riiight?! My question is this: Them blue light hooligans / metro, can they count that high?

Not it appears the Western Cape premier Helen Zille plans to introduce legislation that will effectively ban the "blue light brigades". Apparently this legislation will bar even Jacob Zuma from making use of high speed VIP convoys. I doubt JZ will pay attention to a provincial "law"

Provincial laws only apply to normal humans, not to Zulu deities and their youth league hand-maidens.
